My path took a pivotal turn when I was diagnosed with ADHD at 42. This revelation wasn’t a roadblock; it was a lantern, illuminating new strengths and perspectives. It allowed me to embrace my authentic self and cultivate a more profound connection to the world around me.

This evolution led me to discover the incredible power of Reiki and the transformative potential of holistic counselling and coaching.
